Goal

Client is trying to find a way to upload 1000 measure data files to a v24 application via object storage.

If they upload a file called factdata.zip, it gets ignored from the PDS fact data loader.
If they use the batch task exec control file to unzip the factdata.zip file, the file gets unzipped according to the log, but the unzipped file itself does not show up in the object storage. At least not in a place where RPAS can load it from.
