Attempting to Use Custom Screenset to Search for Templates on Rapid Order Release Screen (Doc ID 3012801.1)

Symptoms

Users setup a custom screenset to tie to the Rapid Order Release template search screen but when enabling this the standard Order Release screen set still shows up to search/find




Setup Steps for Replication


  1. Set the Property glog.order_release.show_template set to true
  2. Create custom screenset to tie to the Template Search 
  3. Navigate to CONFIG & ADMIN --> USER CONFIGURATION --> MANAGE USER ACCESS
  4. Choose TYPE =   FIELD SCREEN SET and populate LEVEL and ROLE fields
  5. Click EDIT USER ACCESS button
  6. Set QUERY ID= ORDER_TEMPLATE and the SCREEN SET ID = Custom screenset that was setup and Save




Steps to Replicate the Issue


  1. Login to OTM and Navigate to the rapid order release screen(Navigate: ORDER MANAGEMENT --> ORDER RELEASE --> RAPID ORDER RELEASE)
  2. Click on template field - click the FIND BUTTON
  3. The standard order release screen shows up and not the custom screenset that was setup to be used
