Symptoms

Installing a Management Agent fails with following error:

# rpm -ivh oracle.mgmt_agent.240229.1733.Linux-x86_64.rpm
Preparing... ################################# [100%]
Checking pre-requisites
Checking available disk space for agent upgrade
Current agent run-as-user is root
Current user group is root
root is not the default user, checking if required environment variables are set
Checking agent version
Updating / installing...
1:oracle.mgmt_agent-240229.1733-1 ################################# [100%]
Failed to get unit file state for mgmt_agent.service: No such file or directory

Executing install
JavaHome is not set aborting agent install
warning: %post(oracle.mgmt_agent-240229.1733-1.x86_64) scriptlet failed, exit status 1
