Excess Dependency Observed For COINVAVAIL Family Messages (Doc ID 3012923.1)

Symptoms

Due to current logic of populating only the ITEM in bus_obj_id for COINVAVAIL family message, it results in excess COInvAvail topic message dependency when stock for same item gets modified for different locations frequently in MFCS and if there is any error for any of the COINAVAIL message for that item in RIB-ROB Hospital.

This issue is logged against MFCS product so MFCS could fix the issue with bus_obj_id logic while publishing COINVAVAIL family messages from MFCS.
