Symptoms

On : 11.13.23.10.0 version, Renewal

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Covered level renewal type field is not updatable after 23D.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The Renewal Type field must be updatable.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Covered level
2. The Renewal type field is grayed out
