Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
An order integration from Oracle ERP to OTM was initially sent with a total package count of 30 pieces and a weight of 1000 lbs.
A follow-up transmission updated the package count to 40 pieces, which processed successfully. However, the order's weight did not update accordingly and remained at 1000 lbs.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expectation is that weight should also get updated together with the qty.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- an Order integration transmission is being sent from Oracle ERP to generate a new order in OTM (example: Total package count = 30 pieces => which will automatically create the of weight 1000 lbs).
- a subsequent transmission is sent to adjust the weight for the order to Total package count = 40 pieces.
- the transmission shows it has been processed successfully.
- upon reviewing the Order Release, it's observed that the quantity has been updated to Total package count = 40 pieces, but the weight has remained unchanged at 1000 lbs, indicating that the weight was not updated automatically according to the new value
