Add Project Assets With Rest Api Through OIC Response: 400 Bad Request (Doc ID 3013161.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.13.24.01.0 version, Webservices, Rest APIs and Integration

Project Assets returns a response status of 400 Bad Request when creating with Rest Api

We are getting following error when we are trying to insert data in 'Manage Capital Asset' Page and Asset Assignment page in Projects using Rest Api:

Rest Api URL: https://test/fscmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/projectAssets
 
For Navigation: Projects -> Assets -> Manage Capital Project -> Action: Manage Capital Assets

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Trying to push records in Oracle Fusion SaaS through OIC integration.
2. API Endpoint : https://x/fscmRestApi/resources/ 11.13.18.05 /projectAssets
3. Facing Error
