How to implement so that logs generated by OCI (VCN flow logs, etc.) can be referenced on an external system (Splunk) in Public.

Enable Centralized Log Management:

- Integrate logs generated by OCI services, including VCN flow logs, with an external system (Splunk) to facilitate centralized log management.

- Ensure that all relevant log data from OCI resources is collected, indexed, and accessible within Splunk for analysis and monitoring purposes.

Provide Public Access to Log Data:

- Configure the integration in a way that allows authorized users to access log data from OCI in Splunk from external networks.

- Ensure that appropriate network settings and security measures are implemented to enable secure public access to log data in Splunk.
