Symptoms
When attempting to open an FR report from Reports card's Financial Reports tab, the following error occurs.
ERROR

The object requested: [oracle.epm.repository.PathNotFoundException: /<report_name>] does not exist in the repository
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Click on Reports card.
2. Select Financial Reports tab.
3. Immediately under Home directory, select to highlight a report, click on its HTML or PDF format button.
