Symptoms

On : 23.1 version, Merch - Integration

 Adding HTS to Style item - 100676401. But its not flowing down to SKU item - 100676402. The CORESVC_ITEM_CONFIG is CASCADE_ITEM_HTS is set to Yes. Attached document explains the issue.
