Field Comment In The Transfer Not Populated By The Franchise Order

Symptoms
On : 23.1 version, Merch - Procurement
After creating and approving a franchise order with some notes in the Comments field, the transfer created doesn't inherit the field Comments.
The customer is not able to pass instructions to the Warehouse.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Franchise Orders->Create Franchise Order and create a franchise order with a comment in the field Comments.
2. Approve the Franchise Order.
3. Navigate to Inventory->Transfers->Manage Transfers and search the transfer associated with the franchise order previously created.
4. See the transfer has the field Comments empty.
