Symptoms

When trying to add a skill to the Learning outcome in Course or Specialization, the Skill Level drop down is blank.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

  1. Go to My client group->Learning.
  2. Click on Specializations (this can also be done for a Course).
  3. Select any Specialization.
  4. On the Definition page, click EDIT.
  5. Go to the Learning Outcome Tab.
  6. Select Add content->Skills Content section->Skill Level.
  7. No information is appearing in the dropdown list.
