Late Sale Entry Triggered Incorrectly While Stock Count Is Authorized (Doc ID 3013407.1)

Symptoms

The customer is doing a stock count as per case 5 in the late sale Reference paper (https://support.oracle.com/epmos/main/downloadattachmentprocessor?parent=DOCUMENT&sourceId=2614551.1&attachid=2614551.1:SIOCS-22X-LATE-SALES&clickstream=yes%20alt=)

They have a sale that happens after the count completes and Auth qty was not entered manually. The user clicks the 'Update Auth Qty' option and clicks yes to default the counted qty as authorized qty, only.

This is then applying the dale as a late sale (as expected if they had manually updated the auth qty)
