XitemDel messages stuck in RIB

There are multiple XItemDel messages stuck in RIHA with error message as
"javax.ejb.EJBException: Exception while processing request: Error from {call RMSSUB_XITEM.CONSUME(?,?,?,?)}: [E] Error ORA-20001: Cannot delete the primary reference item."
