Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

The Schedule of Values (SOV) is not refreshing the 'Balance to Finish' column with new Change Commit Business Process (BP) records.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The Balance to Finish column values should include new Change Commit BP records once they have been approved.
