Symptoms

When attempting to submit a journal for approval without posting, the journal remains in the Approved status, but the Post button is disabled.
The period for posting is open, and appropriate roles and data access has been granted to the specific user responsible for posting the journal.

However, attempting to post the journal results in the following error:
Error:"Not Postable - Batch isn't eligible per primary ledger setup"

Steps:
• Navigate to Manage Journal > Post Batch
