ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

PO based ASNInCre message integrated from an External System (Supply Chain Hub) is not consumed by SIOCS into MPS_STAGED_MESSAGE table.
Expect ASNInCre message to be consumed from an external system via RIB even in an MFCS-SIOCS DirectDB integrated environment.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Published an ASNIn message to RICS (RIB-EXT to RIB_SIM) from an external system for a PO.

Family(ASNIn)
Type(asnincre)
BusinessObjectId(741).
