Shell Status Incorrectly Displays Numeric Old Value In Audit Log (Doc ID 3013798.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

When updating the Project/Shell status, the user interface will display a number (1, 2, 3) in the "Old Value" column. When making a modification using Bulk Edit or an Integration, the proper label will be displayed (Active, Inactive, etc.).

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The Label should be the same no matter how it is edited.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Login to Unifier.
  2. Navigate to any project/shell.
  3. Click on Details -> Change Project to Active/Inactive/etc.
  4. Check Audit Log.
  5. Observe the old value column is a numeric value.
