Symptoms

Subscription To AR Algorithm Not Working As Per Customized Code


Subscription to AR Algorithm was customized to send custom data from Subscription to AR. This is working fine for Recurring bill lines.

However when a subscription line is closed with early termination fee (penalty), the custom data is no longer sent to AR.
