Why is that SKUP (Style-Color) ID in RSE table and PDS tables are different ?

We have loaded the dimension data to RAP (RI, AIF and PDS) using RDE integrations where MFCS is the source of data. However, we have noticed that there are some gaps between data set up in AIF and PDS.
The PROD_EXT_KEY in RSE_FCST_DEMAND_DTL_CAL_EXP table has "_-1" suffix. However in PDS the SKUP ID does not have "_-1"
W_PDS_PRODUCT_D table the ITEM_PARENT_DIFF does not have _-1 suffix. RP_G_SKUP_D table in PDS also does not have _-1 suffix.

This difference is creating issues in forecasting exchanges between systems. As we have already loaded all the dimension and history data, we need help identifying why both systems are out of sync.?
