Integers in Activity UDFs with a Value of 0 (Zero) Are Formatted as Text in Excel Download

Symptoms
Integers in Activity UDFs with a value of 0 (zero) download as Type Text, but non-zero Integers download to Excel as type General.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
All integers in Activity UDFs should download to Excel as Type General and formatted as Number with no decimal units.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Log-on to P6 Web.
- Go to Projects > EPS.
- Open a Project with Activity UDFs with Data Type = Integer.
- Go to Activities tab.
- Click Download.
- Save the .XLSX file.
- Open the file in Excel.
- Notice that Activity UDFs with a value of 0 (zero) are formatted as Type Text, but non-zero integers are formatted as type General.
