Goal

Execute any Online Administration Task (OAT) to see that if fails immediately with the following message "Unable to process your request. If the problem persists contact your system administrator.". This is occurring for commits, workspace builds, batch tasks such as loadHier. The error is seen in the live log as no actual log is even created. How can this be resolved? Users are experiencing performance issues when working in the workbooks.
