Order of Service Start and Disk Mount Causing MySQL and ODI Agent to Fail at ODI on MP Instance Boot (Doc ID 3014418.1)

Symptoms

Either intermittently or continually, the MySQL Database and Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) Agent are not started at instance boot. It is observed in the Linux messages log that the iSCSI service has not mounted the disk before the instance attempts to start MySQL and the agent. For example:

When started manually after the disk is mounted, then MySQL and the Agent start without a problem.
