Goal

Why the order broker does not split the order when the store rejects the order?

Testing Scenario:
I have location 102 with inventory Available to Promise = 10 for item 123456789.
I have location 105 with inventory Available to Promise = 4 for item 123456789.
I have location 106 with inventory Available to Promise = 11 for item 123456789.

A request was made for article 123456789 with a quantity of 11 units.
The OO assigned an order (qty=11) to a store (106) (which will fulfill the total qty).
The store rejected the request, The OO assigned the order to another store (105) with a quantity of 4.
