Business rule not executing after attaching to Data Load Rule - Error in COMM Check Data (Doc ID 3014578.1)

Symptoms

Running Data load rule with business rule attached to run after data import and export through this DLR

(example - OWP_Incremental Process)

This will error with the following -

Exception: java.lang.Exception: Process failed with error code: 1, reason:

A method called by the script failed on line: 117, with error: You cannot run this rule from here.

This rule is meant to be associated with a Data Management data load rule or with a form to be run when the data in the form is saved.

ERROR [AIF]: Error executing business rule for data rule

FATAL [AIF]: Error in CommData.checkData
