Add Payment Event Screen for Manual Distribution Does Not Pre-Populate Account Details (Doc ID 3014921.1)

Symptoms

 User is trying to make payment using base “Add payment event” screen. Distribution action is being selected as “Manual distribution”. After clicking on OK button, system will navigate to “Manual distribution” tab. This screen is not getting pre-populated with account details and it is empty.

 

Changes

 Problem began after upgrading to 23B
