The Scan And Pick Lists Are Not Showing The Correct Sequencing (Doc ID 3015324.1)

Symptoms

The scan list and pick list are not respecting the correct items order.
Expected Result: The scan and pick list should be showing the items by the sequencing order.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Pre-requisite: Have items with location in backroom, with sequencing (3 zones each with 3 items).
    e.g. load SSEQ file in FTS and run Store Sequence Import batch.
2. Do a Gap Scanning for the first two areas in a different order then the sequence.
    Login in SOCS -> In store replenishment -> Scan List -> Create -> Select Gap Scan.
    Observe order is last scan first in list
3. Click Save. After saving, it is showing the same order (last scanned first in the list).
4. In actions -> Create Pick
    Observe that order in the pick list is different from the order in the store sequence.
5. Save the pick list and open it again. Same incorrect order is observed.

Result: The scan list and pick list are not respecting the correct items sequencing.
