Oracle Fusion Learning Cloud: Unable to Add Classrooms, Training Suppliers, and Instructors in Redwood Administration Pages (Doc ID 3015335.1)

Symptoms

When a learning specialist is attempting to create a new catalog resource for classroom, training supplier, or instructor in the new Redwood pages, these are not getting created.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

  1. My Client Groups -> Learning -> Add a new classroom/training supplier/instructor.
  2. Click on "Add" -> Complete the mandatory fields -> In the "Related Materials" section, add an attachment or an URL.
  3. When adding an URL and clicking on "Add", the system will display an error message: "Last Update Date cannot be updated.".
  4. When adding an attachments, it continues to flicker and clicking on "Add" , will not correctly create the new resource.
