Goal
On : 11.13.24.01.0 version, Help Desk
Employee are able to change Primary Point of Contact when creating a Request in Help Desk
Employees can go to My Help and Create Request and successfully search for other employees in the Primary Point of Contact field using following steps:
1. Home > HelpDesk
2. Open Create request page . PPOC is auto defaulted to logged in employee.
3. Click on Primary Point Of Contact LOV , type in a different employee name
4. Employee is able to change value of PPOC and Save the record
This should not be allowed as per customer requirement. Only certain Manager Roles should be allowed to change Primary point of contact on Helpdesk record
