Symptoms

Problem:

When merging duplicate records from Manage Job Offers the merge fails with the following error:

 Steps:

1. My Client Groups > Manage Job Offers.
2. Click the 3 dots of the person – View Duplicates.
3. Click the radio option to select the duplicate > Click Merge.
4. Process runs for 15-30 seconds, and the error is returned.
