Error "[Data Element Name] Is a Required Field" When Importing CSV into Configurable Module or Business Process (Doc ID 3016143.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to import a CSV template into a Configurable Module or Business Process the following error occurs in the CSV template:

ERROR

"[Data Element] is a required field"

 

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to the impacted Configurable Module or Business Process.
  2. Fill out the necessary fields in the CSV and attempt to import it.
  3. Observe it failed with the aforementioned error.
