Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
-------------------------
In a Unifier project, when viewing documents in Document Manager via a customized view, there are (for example) 100 total files per the User Interface (UI). When clicking the "Download" button in this view, the resulting Zip file only contains about 50-80% of the total number of files instead of the 100 total that was seen through the UI. The same problem was observed in a second project/shell.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
----------------------------
When downloading the Files using either "<custom>" or the "All" views, the total number of files in the resulting Zip file should match what is displayed in the associated user interface views.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into the Unifier environment.
  2. Navigate to a Unifier Project/Shell where the issue has been observed > User Mode > Document Manager > Documents > Select View.  Note that "Total Files: 100" is listed on the bottom left.
  3. Click "Download" > A zip file is received that contains only 50-80 of the total 100 files.
  4. Navigate to a second Unifier Project/Shell > User Mode > Document Manager > Documents > Select View "Document View". Note Total Files: 250 is listed on the bottom left.
  5. Click "Download" > A zip file is received that contains only 150-200 files.
