Fusion Global HR: Redwood: On Hire an Employee Action, Submit Button Is Not Working Properly, Duplicate Person Records Are Created

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The user is attempting to hire an employee and uses the Redwood UI. The user enters all the details and clicks on Submit.
The Submit button looks unresponsive and when we check the details in Person Management, it creates 2 employee records with the same details.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expected the employee record to be created only once.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to My Client Groups> Hire an employee
2. Enter all the required details.
3. Click on Submit
4. Navigate to Person Management to view the details.
