How to Get Diagnostic File from Oracle BI Publisher (Doc ID 3016387.1)

Goal

When a LACLS extractor encounters an error during execution, and this error is reported in a service request (SR), it is essential to provide a diagnostic/trace file. This file allows the Oracle Support team to thoroughly examine the reported scenario.

 

Error: oracle.xdo.servlet.data.DataException: oracle.xdo.servlet.data.DataException: oracle.xdo.servlet.data.DataException: oracle.xdo.XDOException: java.sql.SQLSyntaxErrorException: ORA-01722: invalid number
