How to Troublshoot Item CFA Not Flowing Into SIOCS Via DCS (Doc ID 3016768.1)

SIOCS Item CFA appear to not be flowing into SIOCS.

When an Item CFA is edited on MFCS the information is added to the ICL_ITEM_MASTER table but SIOCS never pulls that information into the MPS table.

The ICL table is always growing and the information is never consumed.

What steps can be taken to diagnose and resolve this issue?



STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1- Edit a CFA on MFCS
2- Check if that information flows into SIOCS
3- Check the ICL table ICL_ITEM_MASTER, the CFA info will remain there.
