ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When an employee is relocated within New York State, such as moving from Kings city to Queens city, it is necessary to account for the different tax codes applicable to each city.

While the Total Gross Wage Year to Date remains combined, it must be reported separately for each city.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When a user relocates to another city in July, after having earned a total taxable gross income of $100,000, with $60,000 received in one city and $40,000 in another, it is necessary to report $60,000 in one city's quarterly file and $40,000 in the other city's quarterly file.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Employee has been moved (Home address changed)  from one city to other city.
2. Processing payroll for employee throught year.
3. Verified balance results, data is correct in application (Balance Result UI).
4. On Payroll Active balance report Data is correct as well.
5. On third party Quarterly extract, wages are incorrect.
6. Same wages (Total Wages) displayed for both location.
