STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Me
2. Directory
3. Search for CEO
4. Print > Levels to display = 7 > File Format = Spreadsheet
5. File downloaded with xlsx extension > 0 bytes
6. Below message while trying to open the Excel file
Excel cannot open the file 'OrgChart.xlsx' because the file format or file extension is not valid. Verify that the file has not been corrupted and that the file extension matches the format of the file.
