Symptoms

When changing Project Start Date on any Shell Details page, the error below occurs. This happens in any shell in both Production and Stage.


ERROR

Error Code: <company shortname>-<unique error code> An unexpected error has occurred, and the system cannot process your request. Contact your System Administrator referencing this error code <company shortname>-<unique error code>."


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log in to Unifier.
  2. Navigate to any Shell home page.
  3. Open Project Details using My Dashboard -> Details
  4. Modify the Project Start Date and click the "Save" button.
  5. Note the error.
