Goal

Request to include RDS tables for setting up PO Approval Rules

we have business requirement to setup rules if the Purchase Order is crossing the OTB limits has the OTB is setup at a different hierarchy (at Department & Chain) and its their current structure for planning and it is applicable only for a specific PO Type.

we are planning to load OTB information in RDS so that while having base PO Approval rules perform the OTB check for approving a PO.
