Inability to open Custom Plugins in Activity Page
When opening plugins from the Main menu on the left while in the Activity Details page, either the plugin keeps loading indefinitely or it notify a connection error or the system goes back to the pages prior to the activity

Connection error
Loading indefinitely

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Dispatch Console
2. Open Activity Details
3. Open menu on left side of the screen
4. Attempt to open plugin
5. Connection error or loading indefinitely.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot perform daily tasks and workflows
