Project Start Date Error When Copying Project from Template (Doc ID 3017377.1)

Symptoms

The following error message is received when attempting to copy a project from a template.


ERROR
-----------------------
The String Today/Date/Time is not a valid ISO 8601 string syntax.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log in as any user into Development environment.
  2. Navigate to Company Sponsored Shells -> Projects -> From Template.
  3. Create a new shell from template and check on "Select All" modules.
  4. Notice error message in the (Manual) Project Dates section.
