Inventory Transactions E-Signature Approval Flow Failing For Multiple Rules (Doc ID 3017682.1)

Symptoms

The user is configuring E-signature approval for miscellaneous transactions. The users have a scenario where for some of the organizations should use a parallel approval flow while other organizations should use a serial approval.

Users configured and tested parallel rules and they are working fine. But the moment the user configures serial rule, all rules stop working and they observe below error-

The approval task flow couldn't be initiated. Contact your help desk. (EDR-2580007)


STEPS TO REPRODUCE

Navigate to Inventory Management and create misc. transactions against any of the organizations and notice no matter which rule the organization should pull the submission of the transaction leads to the error mentioned.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Both parallel approval and serial approval should work together depending on which organization is used to create the txn.
