After 24A users have observed the issue where Records Are Stuck in Pending Status When Trying to Create Subscriptions From Order Management Integration Through Reprocess Order Management Transactions

The process 'Manage Subscriptions Using Order Management Transactions' is not completing and all records are getting stuck in Pending status.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Users expect the subscriptions to be created after running 'Reprocess Order Management Transactions'.
 

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Run 'Reprocess Order Management Transactions'.
2. Observed Subscription not getting created
