Symptoms

Mass Approval Rule is not working for Mass Retirement

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Implement supervisory approval - Request the supervisor approval when an asset is retired manually
2. Perform mass retirement
3. Supervisor gets no notification and system directly rejects the request
