Symptoms

ISSUE
------
Unable to create execution only projects from UI. Getting null pointer exception when creating a project in Project Management

ERROR
-----
java.lang.NullPointerException

STEPS
------
1. Navigate to Project Management page.
2. Click on Create project from Tasks panel.
3. Enter the required details. Then click on Save and close.
