Getting "Unable to find the Producer" Error

Customer is trying to upload documents to Order Release from their Service Provider, by using 'Attach Shipment Document' Action and they receive "Unable to find the Producer" Error

The issue is see only in the SERVPROV roles, and from Admin is working as expected.

This happens when using custom order release screen set and manager layout
