Failure provisioning two node SOA on Marketplace environment

Aattempting to provision a two node MFT Cluster using SOA Marketplace but it is failing to fully create the second node. The compute instances for both nodes are built and I'm able to log into each server, but the second node does not have the full domain home under /u01/data/domains along with dbfs not being mounted. I'm able to start the node manager, AdminServer, and managed server one running on the first node just fine. I have attempted this twice and will attach the stack job logs from each try. Could you please help me troubleshoot why the stack job is failing and the second node is not being built out properly? The intent of this environment is to replace the existing Production MFT hosted on PaaS,
