Symptoms

When attempting to process the Order Interface Payload,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

Excp creating ORDER: ORA-02290: check constraint (ADMIN.ORDER_HDR_DEST_CUST) violated.



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Prepare Payload for Order Interface.
  2. Open any web service application to submit the payload.
  3. Use the prepared payload and submit.

Observe that the Web service shows the response with above error.
