Symptoms
After enabling Redwood Knowledge using the promo code for HR Help desk the Setup and Maintenance-> Knowledge Management->Manage Knowledge workflows does not open up and hangs
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Setup and Maintenance
2. Select Helpdesk
3. Select Knowledge Management->Manage Knowledge workflows
