A SQL Time Out Error is Occurring On the Standard Agent Action -"Match Object by Tracking Number" (Doc ID 3018320.1)

Symptoms

Users have an automation agent setup as type = "TRACKING EVENT" and in the agent body the first action is to "MATCH OBJECT BY TRACKING NUMBER" using the field "ORDER RELEASE SHIP UNIT REFERENCE NUMBER" = a given static value. 

Upon this tracking event being triggered- a SQL timeout is occurring and the users are being notified via the agent error email.

java.sql.SQLTimeoutException: ORA-01013: user requested cancel of current operation

 

Steps to Replicate the issue


  1. Setup an agent to use the action "MATCH OBJECT BY TRACKING NUMBER" using the field "ORDER RELEASE SHIP UNIT REFERENCE NUMBER" = a given static value. 
  2. Create a tracking event via INTEGRATION or UI with the ORDER RELEASE SHIP UNIT REFERENCE NUMBER = the static value in the agent.
